Charles is a Chartered Surveyor and registered Valuer, with over 20 years property experience, specialising in property management across all commercial and residential asset classes throughout Greater London and Southeast of England.
Prior to joining Glenny as a Team Leader in the Asset & Property Management. Charles has held various surveying roles at Countrywide Commercial, Rapleys and Strettons and latterly Kemsley LLP working in the management teams on a range of commercial assets.
Charles advocates a strong emphasis on working in collaboration with clients and tenants/customers alike and delivering a high level of service and ensuring that communication is key and negotiating best outcomes for clients in line with their investment strategy and asset requirements.
