Ensign Industrial Estate – proposed development

We are pleased to announce that an application for planning permission has been submitted on behalf of Compagnie du Parc Limited to Thurrock Council.

The proposed development seeks to replace existing derelict structures and open storage space (at Ensign Industrial Estate) with a series of modern, flexible, industrial units. The proposed development would deliver a significant number of local job opportunities and inward investment to the area.
