Luke Thrumble

Luke heads Glenny's Town Planning Division and draws on a wealth of planning experience gained in the public sector and in private sector consultancy roles.

Whilst most recently working in private sector consultancy, Luke has delivered many high-profile, and complex, planning consents across London.

He has in-depth knowledge, and experience, of all key sectors (industrial, commercial, residential and leisure) and approaches projects with a commercial focus to deliver the best outcome for his clients.

Luke's skill-set, and scope of planning services on offer, includes, inter alia:

• Providing initial advice on the development potential of new sites coming to the market; 
• Leading planning discussions, and negotiations, with local planning authorities at both pre-planning application and determination stages;
• Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of complex planning applications;
• Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning appeals;
• Providing advice on Community Infrastructure Levy rates and payments;
• Preparing representations, on behalf of clients, in respect of emerging policy documents; and
• Negotiating complex S106 Legal Agreements.
