Hector Mendoza

Hector is a Senior Surveyor in Glenny's Lease Advisory team in Stratford, advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and regears across predominantly industrial and open storage assets in East and Southeast London. He acts mainly for landlord clients, including funds and private clients, alongside occupier work that takes him across a broader area.

He joined Glenny in February 2024 after several years in commercial agency. He holds an MSc in Real Estate (Merit) from UCEM, where his research on planning policy and industrial land scarcity informs his advice, and is working towards his APC submission in Spring 2027.
