Glenny LLP - Chartered Surveyors & Property Consultants is pleased to announce the appointment of Barry Munday MRICS Munday as Divisional Director within its Lease Advisory team, further reinforcing the firm’s expertise in rent reviews and lease renewals.

Barry brings nearly two decades of experience across the London and South East markets, with a strong track record in negotiating complex rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of both landlords and occupiers. His deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic approach to negotiations enables clients to secure optimal outcomes in an increasingly competitive and nuanced property landscape.

A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Barry specialises in industrial property and has advised on a wide range of lease advisory matters. However his particular strength lies in navigating challenging rent review and lease renewal negotiations, delivering commercially focused solutions that protect value and support long-term asset performance.

In addition to his advisory work, Barry has been appointed to the RICS Presidents panel of Independent Experts in relation to industrial property disputes and regularly acts as an Expert Witness where matters proceed beyond negotiation.
