Geoff Spiller

Following ten years in the West End market, Geoff joined Glenny LLP in 1982 to open the new Essex Office in Basildon. In 1996 he assumed the role of Managing Partner, leading the practice for 13 years, before moving into a wider consultancy role.

Working closely with our Business Space Agency, Residential Development and Investment teams, Geoff advises many of the larger landowners, Statutory Authorities, developers and institutions with regard to their property interests within the region, particularly where there is development potential.

Geoff specialises in the creation of joint ventures between landowners, developers and funders to exploit the larger and more complex redevelopment opportunities through Master Planning.
