Barry Munday

Barry is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer specialising in industrial property, advising landlords and occupiers on a wide range of lease advisory matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and dispute resolution.

Barry is appointed to the RICS Presidents panel of Independent Experts in respect of industrial property disputes and also acts as an Expert Witness where disputes cannot be settled by negotiation.

With almost two decades of experience in the London and South East markets, Barry has worked across industrial, office and retail sectors, bringing a well-rounded perspective to complex negotiations and strategic asset management.

He is known for providing clear, commercially focused advice and for building strong, long-term relationships with clients, professional contacts and legal teams. His current focus is on strengthening and growing the lease advisory offering, working closely with colleagues to deliver best-in-class service across the industrial market.
