Balbir Singh

An Associate within Glenny’s Valuation Services Division, Balbir is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. With over 8 years’ experience practising in the London and South East property market, Balbir has a expertise in the industrial, office, retail, residential, mixed use and commercial/residential development sectors.

Balbir acts for a range of major financial institutions, private individuals and corporate clients. He previously worked with pension funds and public sectors bodies having built up a range of clients who rely on his market knowledge and general property advice.

Prior to joining Glenny, Balbir worked for CBRE, where he was an Associate Director within the Central London Valuation Advisory team, and previously at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
