Alfred is an experienced and solution - oriented built environment professional with client-facing, strategic and operational management experience gained both in public and private sector environment. He has considerable knowledge across a range of different property classes, with extensive contract and budgetary management skills that enhance customer experience. Alfred Holds a MSc in facilities and property management from the University of Westminster and is a Certified Member of CIWFM.
Alfred has extensive experience across different facilities management disciplines including but not limited to compliance/health & safety and CAFM areas etc. (both soft and hard services) gained from working in different sectors and managing different portfolios in the built environment.
