A Divisional Director within Glenny’s Valuation Services Division, Aaron is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. With over 15 years’ experience practising in the East London, Essex and the South London and Kent property market, Aaron has a good knowledge of the areas he practises in covering the industrial, office, retail, residential, mixed use and commercial/residential development sectors.
Aaron acts for a range of major financial institutions, private individuals, corporates, institutional clients, pension funds and public sectors bodies having built up a range of clients who rely on his market knowledge and general property advice. He also provides lease advisory services to clients on lease renewals and rent reviews of commercial property and has experience in preparing submission for Third Party & Court determination. Aaron has also acted as Independent Expert & Expert Witness for dispute resolution purposes, including the provision of written and oral evidence under cross examination in London County Court on a successful defence case for a client.
