2025 Highlight - successful valuation of mixed use portfolio, totalling 4.2 million

As part of our '2025 Highlights' blog series - we look back on some noteable jobs, deals and projects completed by our experts at Glenny LLP. 

Josh Siddons MRICS, Senior Surveyor, carried out a valuation last year for one of our long-standing bank clients. The valuation was for a mixed-use portfolio that included shops with residential uppers, residential blocks and office space.

Located around Southeast London, the portfolio came to an overall value of circa £4.2 million. Thank you to Josh and the team for their hard work and expertise on this, and to our client.
