James has 14 years’ asset & property management experience and has managed both multi-let and single-let portfolios, with particular expertise in asset management initiatives including lease events, refurbishment projects and value enhancement strategies.
Prior to joining Glenny as a Team Leader in the Asset and Property Management Department, James held senior roles in both consultancy and client-side environments, where he was responsible delivering asset management initiatives designed to enhance value and improve income performance.
He has extensive experience acting for pension funds, property companies, private investors and public sector organisations in properties all over the UK.
James has exposure across all commercial asset classes and is particularly experienced in the asset and property management in multi and single let industrial, offices and retail properties where he is able to identify and deliver value-enhancing opportunities.
