Marchmont Investment Management has completed the acquisition of Phase III, EuroCourt, West Thurrock for £9,000,000 which encompasses a further 63,000 sq ft of last mile logistics units with secure yards. It adds to Marchmont’s existing Phase I and Phase II ownerships which now total approximately 115,000 sq ft.
Glenny LLP advised Marchmont on the off market acquisition.
