Glenny LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its South East London and Kent (SELK) team with the appointment of Andrew Hughes as Senior Surveyor. He joins Glenny with over 10 year?s industry experience, including five years working as a Commercial Surveyor handling commercial transactions across the retail, commercial and industrial sectors. Andrew will specialise in the leasehold and freehold disposal of commercial property and business space as an integral part of the SELK team, providing expert property advice to clients in this region. Andrew's experience is primarily agency focused but also covers valuation and management. Prior to joining Glenny, he worked at Bracketts LLP, based in Kent, and TLC Property Consultants. John Bell, Managing Partner and Head of Business Space Agency, at Glenny said: "We're pressing ahead with our commitment to grow the SELK team. Andrew's appointment plays a key role in this expansion and reinforces Glenny's service offering thanks to his breadth of experience, working in both the residential and commercial property sectors." Andrew has a Business Management and Sports Science qualification from the University of Surrey and is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Andrew is also a keen sportsman and has taken part in many charity bike rides for charities including the British Heart Foundation. Andrew's appointment to the SELK team is the second in three months; earlier this year Richard Seton-Clements joined the firm from Petchey Holdings as Divisional Partner, heading up Glenny's Business Space Agency team in the SELK office.
