Glenny strengthens Asset & Property Management division

Glenny LLP has strengthened its Asset & Property Management division with the appointment of Andreas Sheritis, who joins as Commercial Asset and Property Management Surveyor, and the promotions of Sam Collyer and Stanley Cottage to Senior Surveyor. Andreas previously worked in the advertising industry and will bring his experience of working with commercial and technology clients to help manage creative as well as industrial, retail and specialist building asset classes for Glenny’s client portfolio. Having joined as graduates and progressed through the company, Sam and Stanley both work on a range of mixed portfolios, advising public-sector clients as well as well private and corporate investors and trusts. Notable clients include Enfield Council, HSBC and Meridian Water Developments. In their new roles, Sam and Stanley will take more leadership in the day-to-day management of their respective clients.
