Glenny grows Valuation Services team with new Chartered Surveyor

Glenny LLP has appointed Dan Nicholson as a Chartered Surveyor in its Valuation Services team. Dan has nearly 10 years’ experience in commercial property services, previously working at Robertson Simpson Ltd where he focused primarily on commercial property valuations, sales and letting negotiations. At Glenny, Dan’s role will focus on commercial and residential valuations, using his industry contacts and extensive market knowledge to advise clients from both financial institutions as well as private individuals. Dan will be working alongside a team of 13 RICS Registered Valuers within the Valuations Services division, offering a combined 200-years’ worth of industry experience specialising in North London and Hertfordshire, East London and Essex and South London and Kent. The team has provided advice on over £500 million worth of property in the past six months, spanning a range of sectors from industrial, office, and retail, to residential and development.
