Supply adjusted downwards in Q1 2021, due primarily to the withdrawal of the 86,000 sq ft Oakhill House, Tonbridge from the market following the submission of a planning application for change of use/redevelopment by the new owners. The office campus was previously occupied by Fidelity International.  Overall supply stood at 1.3m sq ft at the end of Q1 2021, with 109,900 sq ft in grade A space.
