The demand for office accommodation in the Sout East London & Kent market has strengthened to 354,700 sq ft, with a number of larger requirements coming to the market. The demand for buildings above 10,000 sq ft has increased by 58% over the past six months as many office occupiers are looking to reinstate working from the office.
