Supply has continued to tighten, falling to 675,500 sq ft at the end of Q3 2021, with only 151,200 sq ft of grade A space on the market. Grade A supply continues to be dominated by space at North London Business Park, N11 although this is down from earlier in the year with Building 4 now being marketed as co working space.
