Office supply increased significantly in Q2 2020, rising from a pre pandemic level 684,125 sq ft to 909,560 sq ft at the end of June.  Availability has remained broadly stable over the past nine months, ending Q1 2021 at 966,550 sq ft.  Grade A supply has increased to 158,500 sq ft as a number of larger buildings have come back onto the market.  The largest grade a space is at Buckenham House, Chelmsford, where 44,850 sq ft is available and at Amlin House, Chelmsford, where 44,625 sq ft is on the market.
