Supply continued to tighten, reducing to 851,595 sq ft, but remains above pre pandemic levels at the end of 2019. Grade A supply has edged up slightly to 159,850 sq ft, with the two largest buildings currently on the market at Buckenham House, Coval Wells (44,850 sq ft) and Amlin House, Victoria Street (44,625 sq ft).  The availability rate now stands at 5.8% and is expected to tighten further by the end of the year.
