Supply has tightened further, falling to 906,100 sq ft, but remains above the levels seen at the end of 2019. Grade A supply is focused in Chelmsford, with the two largest buildings currently on the market at Buckenham House, Coval Wells (44,850 sq ft) and Amlin House, Victoria Street (44,625 sq ft). The availability rate now stands at 6.2% and is expected to tighten further by the end of the year.
