Demand has eased significantly over the past 12 months and is now down to 267,800 sq ft, the lowest level since the early months of the pandemic. Larger requirements continue to be scarce, with only one active requirements above 40,000 sq ft. The level of requirements for smaller suites remains strong as tenants continue to downsize their demands.
