In contrast to the take up figures, demand for office floor space has strengthened over the past six months as businesses have shown a much stronger demand to see employees return to pre Covid working practices.  Smaller requirements have eased, with occupiers looking to increase their footprint and there has been a significant increase in requirements of 10,000-50,000 sq ft.
