Most sectors of the market have seen requirements ease and, consistent with other regions, the most significant slowing has been in the Big Box sector. The only area of the market to see an improvement in demand is in the 10,000-50,000 sq ft size band, where requirements have strengthened by 58% to 2.4m sq ft.
