Supply increased significantly in Q2 2020 as the impacts of the pandemic saw a greater release of second hand space onto the market, whilst  a number of new schemes reached completion.  Total availability was up to 3.0m sq ft, with grade A supply at 700,605 sq ft.  The largest ‘ready to occupy’ grade A building on the market at the end of Q1 2021 was the 117,476 sq ft Unit 3 at Segro Park Enfield.
