Supply has moved up to 1.9m sq ft in the first three quarters of 2023 but remains below the post pandemic peak, which topped out at 3m sq ft at the end of 2020. Grade A supply is now down to 409,060 sq ft from just under 1m sq ft at the peak. The availability rate in the North London & Herts market remains the lowest amongst the Glenny sub regions, standing at 2.6%, which compares to an overall availability rate across the Glenny region of 4.1%.
