Our View

The second half of 2020 saw an acceleration in take up, with a total of 719,900 sq ft of space acquired.  This boosted overall take up for the year to 976,700 sq ft, with a number of larger lettings completing.  The largest transaction during the year was the 138,600 sq ft letting to film locations agency Location Collective at 1 Mollinson Avenue, Enfield in the first quarter.  The new location will be known at OMA Film Studios.          

The current year has started in a similar vein to the latter half of 2020, with a total of 253,900 sq ft of take up recorded, with the largest deal being the 96,826 sq ft letting to arts and craft retailer, Baker Ross at Icon Harlow.
