Our View

Take up In the North London & Herts industrial market recorded its highest level of activity since 2007, with 2.4m sq ft of lettings in 2021.  The Big Box and Mid Box markets accounted for 42% of overall activity with 1.0m sq ft of lettings - the largest transaction in Q4 2021 being the 107,675 sq ft letting of the three largest units at Wrenbridge’s Waltham X to Getir.             

Activity slowed in Q1 2022, with a total of 243,730 sq ft of take up, with the largest transaction being the 113,400 sq ft letting of the only ready to occupy Grade A building on the market in the North London & Herts region, Unit E at Icon Harlow to Wincanton.
