Demand for floor space in the North London & Herts region fell back to its lowest level in five years, standing at 7.6m sq ft in the six months to the end of Q1 2024.  Most sectors of the market saw a softening in requirements, although demand for smaller units remained quite robust.  The most significant easing in demand was in the Mid and Big Box market, where requirements were down by 37.8%.
