Demand in Essex continued to strengthen in the six months to the end of Q3 2023, moving to a new record high of 13.1m sq ft. All size brackets have seen a strengthening in demand but the most significant upturn has been in the Mid Box sector, where requirements are up by 41%. The demand for Big Box units remains significant accounting for 60% of overall demand in the region.
