Demand for units in Essex fell back by 8% to 12.9m sq ft in the six months to the end of Q3 2024, largely off the back of the satisfying of a number of requirements in the Big Box and Mid Box sectors in the first three quarters of the year.  Despite this, demand remains strong for Big Box units, standing at 6.6m sq ft across 20 requirements.
