Swanley lies in northwest Kent, close to the border with Greater London, approximately 15 miles southeast of central London. It is considered a strong location for industrial and distribution for inner south London and regional Kent. Access to the national Motorway Network is provided via the A20, the slip road for which is 0.2 miles from the subject (west towards London) or approximately 2 miles to the west at Sidcup connecting directly to junction 3 of the M25.
