Acting on behalf of NHS Property Services, Glenny LLP has successfully completed the sale of the site at Madeira Grove in Woodford Green to London & City Properties PLC. A pre-application discussion had been held with the London Borough of Redbridge prior to marketing to turn this 3,703 sq. ft property into an eight-unit apartment scheme. The existing building and location offered a prime residential development opportunity conveniently located within a short walking distance from both Woodford Central Line Tube Station and the main shopping area. London & City Properties are due to submit an application by the end of June 2019 with a view to bringing the completed properties to the market by mid-2020.
