Glenny LLP has announced the completion of a letting of 48,000 sq ft at Unit 3 Navigation Park, Morson Road, Enfield, to US ceramics supplier Caesarstone. Forming one of three units at London?s first carbon neutral industrial development, the SEGRO scheme was completed in July this year, providing Grade A industrial space. Unit 1 (57,000 sq ft) was pre-let to Camden Town Brewery. Unit 2, which totals 68,000 sq ft, is available to let. Ivan Scott, Divisional Partner within the Business Space Agency team at Glenny, said:
