The Residential team at Glenny LLP are due to complete the disposal of the Land at Old Windmill Hall, St Mary's Lane in Upminster after successfully gaining planning permission to build a residential retirement living scheme. Acting for the London Borough of Havering, Glenny sold the site to McCarthy & Stone who plan to build a three-storey block containing 22 apartments.
