This will be done through client retention and business development. Working in Glenny’s Asset & Property Management team, Chris and Graham work on a range of mixed portfolios, advising public-sector clients as well as well private and corporate investors, pension funds, housing associations and trusts. Understanding the importance of income generation and asset enhancement, Chris and Graham work to identify opportunities and to create value across every portfolio. Their notable clients include the London Borough of Enfield, Marylebone Asset Management and the Peabody Trust.
