Acting for the landlord, Glenny's Lease Advisory Division has concluded a rent review on a 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse premises in South Woodford, East London. Agreeing an increase with the existing tenant of 18.26%, Glenny boosted the rent to £10.75 per sq. ft. Paul Aylott, Partner at Glenny and Head of the Lease Advisory Division, said:
"This outcome was achieved through careful negotiation with the existing tenant. Given the shortage of warehouse stock currently effecting the market, several landlords operating in London's outer boroughs are watching their stock increase in rental value because of high demand and low supply in the area."
