Glenny celebrates the launch of SEGRO Park Rainham

Today marks the launch and practical completion of five units at SEGRO Park Rainham. Glenny is acting as joint agent for the site, having already let 23,800 sq ft Unit 5 to specialist tool and fit-out supplier MEP Hire in February 2018. Park Rainham sits within SEGRO’s wider East Plus regeneration scheme, which comprises 86 acres of brownfield land across Newham, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. East Plus is set to deliver 1.4m sq ft of modern industrial space over the next 10 years. Peter Higgins, Divisional Partner at Glenny, said: “Park Rainham offers quality, Grade A industrial warehouse facilities, which will help to meet the requirements of an evolving industry in East London. This launch provides the opportunity for small or start-up businesses to gain much needed, high quality business space.” Units 1 (57,000 sq ft), 2 (70,000 sq ft), 3 (18,500 sq ft) and 4 (17,000 sq ft) are now available for occupation.
