The Lease Advisory team at Glenny LLP have recently concluded a head lease rent review on behalf of a property investment company on an eight unit industrial estate (circa let 60,400sqft) in Abbey Wood, London SE2. The rent review was contested by the tenant who submitted there should be a nil increase. As a consequence Glenny LLP progressed the third party procedure as provided for under the terms of the lease, making submission to the RICS appointed Independent Expert.
