The site, located on London Road, Stanway was promoted through the Local Plan process with outline planning consent granted for a scheme comprising up to 600 units, including:
- 30% affordable housing
- Provision for a new 2 form primary school
- Public open space
- Significant financial contributions towards education, health, highways and local infrastructure.
