Glenny acted on behalf of Weston Homes, who secured planning consent for a development consisting of 96 homes, including 39 for affordable housing on a 12.5 acre site, forming part of a wider masterplan for Warish Hall Farm, Takeley. Our development agency team were instrumental in assisting with land disposal, achieving a successful outcome within a short timescale.
