Last year, our SELK Agents acted on behalf of Transport for London in the acquisition of an 11,000 sq ft refurbished industrial building in Bermondsey on a new lease, to be used as a depot for TfL’s Dial-a-Ride fleet. Glenny ran the search from start to finish and secured the ideal site on preferential terms. We acted opposite Colliers & Royal London Asset Management.
