Prime rents in East London have seen some of the largest adjustments over the past six months, falling back by 7.2% on average, following a period of stability in the first half of the year.  The most significant falls have been seen in Barking & Dagenham and the Royals, where values are down by 10.0% and 7.7% respectively.  The most significant movement has been in Stratford, where values have moved back to £42.50 per sq ft, the first downward movement in in three years.  Owner occupier capital values have slipped across all locations on the back of the increased cost of finance, falling by 23.1% over the past 12 months.
