Demand for office space in East London has strengthened over the past six months but remains significantly down on the latter part of last year. Overall demand stands at 527,300 sq ft, with several larger requirements coming back into the market. Smaller requirements (<10,000 sq ft) have remained relatively buoyant, although there has been a significant weakening in the 10,000-25,000 sq ft size range over the past 12 months.
