Supply increased to 4.8m sq ft at the end of Q1 2022, due primarily to the completion of three Big Box units at Goodman’s new scheme at Crossways Business Park Dartford and two units which can be combined to provide 114,473 sq ft at SIM and Panattoni's Belvedere Wharf.  These five units added almost 600,000 sq ft to new space, taking the overall ready to occupy Grade A availability to 1.4m sq ft.  Second hand supply tightened across all size bands following strong market activity.
