Supply moved above 5m sq ft for the first time since 2014 following the completion of a number of new schemes. There has been a significant increase in new Big Box facilities, which account for 65% of the increase in space. The most significant addition to stock was the completion of 300 at The Powerhouse, Dartford, which added 304,196 sq ft to grade A availability. Overall grade A supply now stands at 1.7m sq ft, with two thirds of the space in units above 50,000 sq ft.
