Paul Dawson

Paul has worked in the industry for over 40 years, all of which have been with Glenny. 

His main area of practice is Professional Services and includes the valuation of commercial property, residential property and development sites, landlord and tenant negotiation, dispute resolution, and he has a particular specialism in the out of town retail sector.

He has a specific interest in property investment, property development and dispute resolution. Paul acts for a variety of clients including all high street banks, a number of other specialist property lenders, Local Authorities, pension funds, developers, investment companies and both landlords & tenants.
