Glenny, on behalf of Ardmore Construction, has sold a two acre site at Jeffrey Road, Enfield to Newable Developments Ltd. The site, known as 'Midpoint Enfield', will be redeveloped as an industrial/warehouse scheme and will comprise a single building of 64,815 sq. ft. GEA, capable of sub-division into three 21,645 sq. ft. elements. Planning has already been submitted for the new scheme. Ivan Scott, Divisional Partner based in Glenny's North London & Hertfordshire office, said:
