Glenny secures pre-let to Beavertown Brewery at Enfield Distribution Park

Aberdeen Standard Investments and development partner Graftongate Investments have agreed a 126,595 sq ft pre-let to Beavertown Brewery, one of London’s best known producers of craft beer. The development which will incorporate the production facility, as well as a 12,000 sq ft visitor centre, will be producing beer and welcoming guests in Spring 2020. The 25 year lease at a GEA rent of £12.25psf secures another excellent company to Enfield Distribution Park, North London’s premier distribution location.

It’s connections into London mean we can get the freshest beers on tap or in the fridge as quickly as possible, whilst drinkers can get out to visit us at our new visitor centre easily. This is going to be the world’s best brewery experience!”
