Glenny has recruited Richard Seton-Clements as Divisional Partner in the firm's South East London and Kent Business Space Agency division. With over 25 years' commercial property experience in the region, Richard was formerly Managing Director and Head of Agency at Hindwoods Hunter Payne, a Director at Malcolm Judd & Partners, Tribal Plc, Estates Director at specialist regeneration company Renewal Group and more recently Estates Manager for Petchey Holdings Plc before joining Glenny LLP. John Bell, Head of Business Space Agency, said: "Richard brings with him a very wide spectrum of property experience and a variety of clients in business space, mixed use, development, asset management and investment. His appointment reinforces our commitment to our clients operating in the south east London and Kent region, and makes a clear, positive, statement about the future of our business in the regional market." Richard's appointment complements the recent recruitment of Ivan Scott as Divisional Partner in the firm's North London and Hertfordshire business space team. Together with the existing teams in the East London and Essex offices, Richard and Ivan?s appointments secure Glenny?s ability to deliver business space agency services across the regions.
