Glenny appointed to ABP’S £1.7 billion Royal Albert Dock scheme

ABP has appointed Glenny as joint leasing agent alongside Cushman & Wakefield and Savills to market the 3.3m sq. ft. office element of their Royal Albert Dock mixed use development, known as RAD. This flagship scheme will create a new international business district and deliver much needed flexible office space into the regional market to accommodate demand from both the SME and corporate sectors. The first phase of the project will be completed in Spring 2019 providing up to 650,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation in suites starting from 1,300 sq. ft. up to stand alone buildings of 150,000 sq ft, Well situated between three DLR stations, London City Airport and the new Crossrail station at Custom House, RAD is destined to become London’s newest emerging business district, comprising 4.7 million sq. ft. of mixed-use accommodation in total including 3.3 million sq. ft. of offices with 1.4m sq. ft. of residential, retail and leisure uses.
