Glenny has announced three senior promotions, with William Martin, Daniel Wink and Christopher Clark all promoted to Divisional Partner. William Martin, who works in Glenny’s Lease Advisory team, is an established landlord and tenant surveyor with almost 30 years’ experience working in the sector. He focuses primarily on business space within the greater London and M25 markets and has proven experience in rent reviews and lease renewals. Daniel Wink has been a member of Glenny’s Essex Business Space Agency team since 2004 during which time he has built a solid reputation with occupiers and developers in the acquisition and disposal of industrial and warehouse property. As a Divisional Partner in Glenny’s Residential Development team, Christopher Clark works with private and public sector clients – offering strategic and technical advice on land promotion, planning and development issues.
