Camden Town Brewery has announced it will be creating a second brewery at SEGRO?s Navigation Park in spring 2017

The 57,420 sq. ft brewery will be located at Unit 1 of SEGRO's Navigation Park in Enfield, just off the M25, enabling Camden Town Brewery to increase brewing capacity. The facility is the first certified ?carbon neutral? building in SEGRO?s Greater London portfolio and will employ up to 70 people over the next two years. Alan Holland, business unit director for Greater London at SEGRO said: "Camden Town Brewery is the first brewery to join our rich mix of customers who are using SEGRO units to design, develop and distribute a variety of products and services. ?The brewery is the first customer to sign up for Phase 2 of the speculative development which will provide a total of 140,000 sq. ft of strategically-located quality warehouse space. ?Navigation Park?s prime location and direct access to the M25/North Circular make it the ideal location from which to distribute its goods ? a key component in supporting the firm?s ambitious expansion plans.? Enfield Council?s cabinet member for economic regeneration & business development, Cllr Alan Sitkin said the development would bring ?further benefits and prosperity? to the area. SEGRO were advised by Glenny LLP , CBRE and DTRE
