Glenny wins best Q2 industrial deal for the Bier Company's move to Midpoint

Our North London & Herts Business Space Agency team has been recognised by CoStar Group UK as a Q2 2021 award winner for our deal at the Midpoint development in Enfield, London. Premium craft beer and snacks online retailer, Bier Company, took up 45,000 sq ft of space at the industrial/logistics development in a deal negotiated by our team. This follows our East London team's Q1 2021 award win for letting 110,000 sq ft to This Is Projekt Ltd. at Tate & Lyle's Thames Refinery, which was recognised as one of the best deals of the quarter.
