All commercial property has now been re-valued for Business Rates for a new rating list introduced on 1st April 2005.

Our rating team has been recruited from private and public sector (Valuation Office) and has both local knowledge of values and full technical expertise. We will advise on the level of assessment, we do not appeal automatically (rates can go up and down) and we will follow through the appeal process through to obtaining your end refund.
