Our Business Space Agency Division offers an in depth local knowledge of the north, north east and south east M25 quadrants through four strategically located offices with the added strength of a long established regional presence. We are particularly active throughout the Thames Gateway and Lee Valley development corridors.

We act for small enterprises, major corporates and private individuals as well as property companies, pension funds, developers, local authorities and government bodies. We are particularly active in the following sectors:-

The Business Space team act as agents for property owners, occupiers and investors in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property where we offer the following services.

Acquisition

We can provide a thorough analysis of the client’s requirement including not only an appreciation of their property needs but their staffing and working practises.

Disposal

We understand the dynamics of the commercial property market and have an awareness of the regional supplier/demand equation enabling us to implement a disposal strategy with regard to the client’s financial exposure.
